The assistant manager Logan is awesome! I had a problem with the first rental I got from this location. I went into the store and spoke to him about the issue. He was very apologetic and concerned. He fixed the problem immediately. I then was involved in a car accident a few weeks later. Of course the other guy had no insurance and I was left with a totaled car. I called this location on Preston Hwy. and he had someone come pick me up and took me back to the store for my next rental. He also helped to get me a nice rental for the next two months. I can honestly say that this location will be the only Enterprise that I will go to as long as he is working there. The rest of the employees are great too. They are always friendly and helpful!!

Couldn't have been happier with the service. They gave me a free upgrade. The checking in and out process was quick and seamless even though it was a very busy time.

What a great experience! Nate (branch manager) saved me a Ford Edge so I could travel safely on the icy and snowy roads. My car was clean and gassed up, and they had even started it early to defrost the windshields! The other employees created such a welcoming atmosphere to the branch... Logan and Phillip greeted me by name and asked about my trip, and Kelsey (in training) looked at me and smiled - you could tell she was watching everything they did to help better herself as an employee. Nate even offered to give me a ride home when I dropped my car off right at 6 and my house was out of his way. Now THAT is customer service. Thanks ERAC team!

Honestly, as soon as I walked into this enterprise location I didn’t want to leave. The people at this location are truly incredible... I genuinely felt like I had known them my whole life. Lindsey is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, and Nate takes customer service to a new level. They all are very professional, dress exceptionally well, and make you feel like a part of the family. This location is out of my way, but it is worth it. I will be renting exclusively from this location from now on. There is also a gas station connected to their lot where you can fill-up your car before returning it. I will be back soon!
