We accept CASH, Credit or Debit. We have late model cars for local rental use. You need to be 23 years of age, have Ohio Drivers License, and have Liability or Full Coverage Insurance. We require $100 refundable security deposit.

Excellent car hire company I highly recommend and will be using again. Having read the reviews I got in touch and Lionel was quick to respond and arrange our car hire. Quality cars at a fair price with customer service second to none. Lionel was there to meet us at the airport and dropped us back at the end of our holiday. He also gave us some great ideas on things to see and do during our stay.

Absolutely fantastic service from Lionel when hiring our car. Despite our original flight being cancelled Lionel was super accommodating in collecting us from the airport the next day and taking us back to his branch. We were greeted with bottled water and Swiss chocolates, the collection process was simple and easy and no hassle. Drop off was just as easy with Lionel dropping us off at the airport right at the entrance which was super helpful. Overall the best car hire experience I have had and we will definitely be using again next time we are in Geneva.

Great value and great service! Lionel was waiting for us as we came through arrivals and walked us straight to the car - it felt like a VIP service. The car was great too - clean, well maintained, and exactly as ordered. We will definitely be using City Auto Rent again!!!

Excellent service! Highly recommended. Lionel picked us from the airport to pick our car. In 20 minutes we were on our way after we ate some Swiss chocolate and were equipped with two bottles of water for the way. Lionel shared some traveling suggestions with us which really made our trip! The car was new and high quality so it was really nice and easy driving around. Truly excellent service and experience- I am highly recommending City Auto Rent!

Hands-down the best service I’ve ever experienced with a car rental company! Lionel was friendly and helpful and his personal touch made the pick-up and drop-off process smooth and stress free. By far the best car rental company I have used. Very unique in terms of service. Lionel was very polite and friendly. He would personally pick you up from the airport and later drop you off with plenty of time for your flight. We were offered an option of cold or room temperature water on arrival while dealing with paper work. He maintained good communication throughout and was ready to help whenever possible. Great experience! Read reviews about Lionel before my travel and they are all true. He is highly experienced, professional and provides exceptional customer service. This is the way to arrive in Geneva, if you need to rent a car. Pick up from the airport, new and clean car, drop off at the airport too. Never had this kind of experience before. No worries at all about arriving or departing in a foreign country. This is a smooth, 5-star process. And the price is still competitive.

Exceptional experience! Was expecting the hassle of getting a bus to the car hire place, and instead Lionel contacted me in advance and said he’d meet us at the airport - he then drove us back to his v cool office, swiftly sorted the paperwork and we were on our way with complementary and v welcome bottles of water. The same amazing service happened on the way back. Friendly, relaxed and helpful, Lionel went out of his way to make the experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible - we have already recommended him to friends and will make sure to book with him next time. This is the best car rental experience I've ever had. Lionel is prompt, incredibly helpful, relaxed, and goes above and beyond with his unique, human, and friendly service. The most pleasant and fast car rental experience we have ever had! Lionel picked us up from the airport and dropped us off at the airport after our trip. He was kind, funny, and welcoming- offered us refreshers and travel tips. We are definitely renting a car from him once we come back to Geneva!
