I've been using Enterprise for about 15+ years now.  Brent was the most courteous and helpful agent that I have had a chance to work with at this branch!!! I had to come at the end of the day (After 5pm), but he was super accommodating and very pleasant. Wonderful attitude!  Helped me book a weekly rental for a specific date, even though they were closing down for the day. Definitely has great training/customer service.... Honestly, as  a customer, and a small business owner, I recommend promotion, or  a raise---these are the type of people you want to keep and grow. Thanks again for helping me at the end of the day!

I love the Georgetown TX Enterprise location. John has taken this to a whole new level in customer service and quality. His staff is wonderful to work with!

John the manager is great with customer service.  Staff is friendly and helpful.  Much better selection of cars and more available.

Horrible experience today from beginning to end. I wasn't told what needed to be brought in for DOCUMENTATION? Yes, I gave attitude but it was my lunch hour going on over an hour and a rough Monday morning already. NEVER HAVE I EVER been REQUIRED to bring in such things!!!!! I would have been prepaired if the new guy had told me in our conversation last week when I made the reservation!! After everything had been completed I refused to shake the manager's hand, he told me, "THAT'S PRETTY RUDE OF YOU???" I think it was rude of him saying that. It's not a requirement to shake someone's hand at Enterprise is it? Mr. Manager, some people do not like to shake hands for fear of germs. Are they RUDE, too? I hope this review makes it to they're uppper management!!!

I was recently in an accident, I had to have a rental until I purchased another vehicle. The first vehicle that I had sounded like it had a problem with brakes. They did graciously give me a better vehicle, and it was noted and appreciated. However, when the billing came in and I was incorrectly build and made an attempt to reach out to the manager, he did not bother to respond to my email at all. He did not call me or have any correspondence with me in any way. Eventually my insurance company got it straightened out but even some basic empathy skills in customer service would have gone a little bit farther for this review, in regards to the Georgetown Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Being in an accident is hard enough, a little kindness from people can go very far. I didn't see much of this with this manager.
