Staff was great, the car really did have a full tank of gas and they remembered the needed infant seat in JFK car pick up. Drop off area in Newark was a bit hard to find, but turn in process was quick and easy.

Was the most convenient and easiest rental I’ve ever gotten from pickup to drop off. And when my flight was cancelled in Florida with no hope of getting out they didn’t hit me with a million fees, they just added the days I needed and changed my drop off location in 3 mins to New York City. I’ll never rent with another company. They have a loyal customer for life.

This was the easiest car rental, I have ever had.  I was through the process & in the car in less then 5 minutes.  The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful.

I had five large bags with me and was dreading thinking about taking it all on the airtrain, so one of the employees dropped me off at the terminal. They are the best!

Had an easy check in and pick up. I was traveling from NY to GA during the hurricane week and these guys Had incredible one way deals on their vehicles as well as their customer service. Rates were low and reasonable. If your planning on traveling out of state with a vehicle these guys are the best around.
