They run a CRIMINAL business!
They have absolutely no skills or interest in customer service.  

The paperwork is incomplete and will not protect the customer.  

They  CHARGED US A $200 DEPOSIT when we picked up the car (not a hold on credit) and WE NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND.

And after WE RETURNED A PRISTINE CAR, we never received our $200 deposit refund. THEY NOT CONTACTING YOU IF YOU GOT A TICKET OR ANYTHING THEY  WAIT UNTIL THE TICKET DOUBLE !!!!!!

This place SUCKS. Cheap little lot where they park cars outside on the side of the highway if the lot overflows. We got back from our trip after a 7-hour transatlantic flight, called them to come pick us up, and they told us 10-15 mins. We waited over an entire hour, and 10 mins before we get picked up, we get a phone call from some foreigner we can't even understand, asking, "Are you waiting for me?" YES WE $%&# ARE!! Then the guy had the NERVE to obviously wait around for a tip after we got back to the lot. He's lucky I didn't punch him in the face and rob him.

Absolutely unacceptable. DO NOT PARK HERE!

Also, if you get back between 9 PM and 7 AM, the place is closed, and you'll have to spend the night at the airport. DO NOT PARK HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THIS RENTAL CAR AGENCY!
They are either called OROM or NU Car Rental!    

They run a dishonest business!
They have absolutely no skills or interest in customer service.  
They will be shady from the moment you walk in!  
The paperwork is incomplete and will not protect the customer.  

They  CHARGED US A $300 DEPOSIT when we picked up the car (not a hold on credit) and WE NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND.

And after WE RETURNED A PRISTINE CAR, we never received our $300 deposit refund. 

We are disputing with the bank because contacting them is a futile effort.  
I hope you read this post and AVOID Orom Rent-a-car or NU Car Rental.

The only nice person at this business is the shuttle driver!  He was great!

They were so helpful in finding a car for my family of 5 and were by far the most reasonable priced car rental agency anywhere near JFK. Even when my family missed our flight to JFK and got horribly lost (due to a Google map error) they came to find us to direct us back and even went out of their way to help us to find a near by place for the night and even let us keep the car to the morning. These are genuinely kind and understanding people who truly try to help you. A very rare quality in NYC!

Decent guys working. Place is small mom and pop like. Seems like its sketch, because it's a small small business with NU Rentals as a authorized location for renting from... At least an alternative to the limitations of the chains. They can get you from the Terminals so you don't have to tram to the rental shuttles, but have to call them when arriving. Quick pickup since not far from Airport. If limited on time upon return, a quick Uber is like $7 back to LAX.
