Getting the car was fast and easy . Great customer service. Excellent prices . (Depending on time of the year. Higher prices in the summer and that's every rental place you go however here is a lot more affordable) Loved the car . Will be renting again

Their service was excellent.
I got a deal for a full size car @ $30.00/day.
When I wanted to extend one more day, they charged me 130 dollar. That was ridiculous. What kind of pricing was this where regular price is 50-60 dollar per day? This kind of forceful charge should be stopped.
When I picked up the car from JFK so much rain was there. They were picturing the outside of the car, how they understand the external condition when the car was weted by rain? Also,they should supply the umbrella to their customers in such a condition.
The staffs were well behaved, smiling, and welcoming.

Everything was fine, staff was nice but the car was older model and not blue-tooth ready or had no usb hook-up. These are basics features these days and it would have been more pleasant. But overall reasonable and trouble free experience.

I was so pleasantly surprised by the great customer service I received here. I was nervous because there weren't any cars avail at the rental companies at the airport and I was hesistant to go to a company I hadn't used before (or heard of) that wasn't right at the airport, but they were fantastic! I got a great car, exactly the one I wanted (Toyota Corolla) and I was able to return the car after hours. No hidden charges. Upfront with everything. And the only rental company I've ever dealt with that didn't try to upsell me insurance. When they offered it, I said no and they moved on to the next question. They are less expensive than the big guys too! Highly recommend.

No complaints. They take pictures and video of the car you rent, so definitely point out any damage you see. They go over the pictures and video when you return the car and compare to see if any new damage appeared. Smooth process all around and cheap!
