I went to this Kia after the recommendation of a family member who already has a Kia. I was certainly not disappointed! The sales rep (Rohit) was very patient and very direct. He focused specifically on what I needed and not on other random cars/items. He gave me all the important specifications I asked for and I didn't feel like I was being hassled. He also assisted with setting up the insurance (which I appreciated). He was very professional and I enjoyed working with him. The rest of the team was also very helpful and respectful!

The best car buying experience I've ever had (and I have had a few nast y ones). No pressure from any managers. They don't keep walking back and forth and each time bringing a higher up. Really smooth stress free environment and process. I definitely would recommend and urge for the you to get your next ride at the Nemet family of dealers, weather it be Kia, like I bought, Nissan or Hyundai I'm sure you will become a returning customer and blast about them as I am!!! Kudos to you guys at Nemet Kia (Romy, Mitch and Gerrard you guys are the best!)!!!!

their service sucks. I don't even wanna call this service. They yelled at me as soon as I asked them if there is anything they can do for my situation. I'm doing lease and after 1 YEAR, engine got broken and I tried to fix it but they told me to come after 7 days. I gently asked if there is anything they can do for me because I'm paying lease for that 7 days without car. They even lied that manager is not in the office. one was saying manager is in office, another said he is not. I CALLED them 10 times and they hung up on me or put me on hold like forever. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. they might treat you nicely when you buy car but then they change their attitude when it comes to service. I HAVE NEVER EVER SEEN THIS KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. DON'T EVER COME HERC FOR YOUR OWN SAKE

from the moment you drive into the lot everybody is nice I would like to thank Carlos and Rashane they were great immediately asked the right questions to find the package and car that was best for us and drove off the lot 3 1/2 hours later.
