Glen our sales rep was awesome. I will recommend everyone to you guys! The process was seamless. And one thing I really liked was that he did not try to up-sell me on the insurance. He immediately saw that I used GEICO and he actually called them and confirmed I had the coverage needed rather than selling me on the benefits of buying insurance from you. He is the MAN!

I was very pleased with the service. The agent was courteous and went out of his way to make sure I got the car that I wanted. I would definitely use them again.

Terrible service. Made unauthorized charge on my card plus hounded me to exchange the vehicle I was in because they had sold it. Finally agreed to swap it out and they never called to confirm drop off/vehicle availability for the exchange on the agreed upon day. Following day they called again. The unauthorized charge was covered by insurance but they never bothered to call insurance company to clear it. Insurance is sending me a check.

All the best reviews are written in chronological order, let’s begin...

we arrived to enterprise after our scheduled pick up time but not to worry, they had a car ready to go us. The young gentlemen working at the time were all very nice.
We went outside to look over the car when another employee was whipping around a crossover, into the wash area. No harm done, but did think that was a bit reckless.
We hit the road and start checking out the inside of the vehicle. It was OK for the most part, a couple of missing plastic pieces here and there but no big deal. Then we look in the glove compartment and there was an UBER sign in there. Which made me believe either an Uber driver left their sign in there OR someone at Enterprise is using that car for Uber rides, which apparently is a thing.
We return the car past operating hours. It wasn’t until we got home that we realized we may have left some things in the back seat - our fault for not doing a thorough clean up.
We call the next day to explain that we left stuff behind. The employee said we could come by later in the day to pick up our stuff. So we pay a toll to get in to NJ from NYC (not great but it was our fault).
We arrive and the employee behind the counter tells us that they don’t have our stuff and it’s probably still in the back of the car which has now been moved to another location. He says he’s let them know and they’ll be in touch once they find the stuff. We ask if it can be mailed but they say “no because it could get lost in the mail” like its currently lost....
We understand it’s our fault for not double checking the seat before we locked up and left the car. But I’m pretty sure part of the employee’s job is to look through the cars as they are returned to make sure everything looks in order and is running properly.
I’d be willing to give enterprise another shot but most definitely will not be going back to this location because of this incident. It’s extremely frustrating to deal with such a lack of communication and an obvious neglect of care.
