Did not honor a reservation. Literally.

Update: I (successfully) claimed fraud through my CC and didn't bother calling back the owner, I had already left town. And just to clarify, it was the owners wife that would not honor the reservation because she screwed up and gave our car away and had no solution except to leave us high and dry.

Very disappointed with a reservation made 3 weeks ago and told by Matt we could pick up a day early.  No car, and couldn’t guarantee a car by next day.

I rent cars fairly regularly, and I've never had an easier time. The car I reserved is always there, and usually I'm given a choice between numerous options. Matt's (the owner) customer service skills are unparalleled. I would rather drive 20 miles across town than rent anywhere else!

Matt was very helpful by going out of his way to fix a problem that I created for my family by accidentally renting a car from this location instead of the airport. The vehicle was ready on time and we had no problems with it. Thank you for the good service at this location.
