Total Rip off!I got charged $300 for smoking fee clean up even though i do not smoke and non of my kids smoke either and are the only passengers in the car. I called billing and manager didn't come to the phone and the call representative just hang up on me. The almighty God is watching! Let karma get you in the ass!

Completely unprofessional. I reserved a car and they didn’t have the one they advertised. Instead of giving me a refund. They extended a voucher (that I will never use). They further failed to explain the return process and details regarding any issues I may have. No one came to inspect the car with me. I had to call and initiate the conversation by calling their general hotline. Returning the car was equally disastrous. Again, no one was outside to assist me, forcing me to call the general line again. The customer service rep called the main line and no one answered the phone. 

Never rent with Thrifty. Save yourself the time and headache.

Worst experience of my life renting a car at the Louisville airport. The blond woman who appears to be in her early fifties ( and refused to give her name) treated us like dirt, and cheated us into paying for insurance saying there was no choice. After double checking with the Thrifty 1 800 number they said  this was wrong. Ohhhh, but this woman hasn't heard the last of us. In a nutshell, she charged 168 dollars for an estimate that was 48, for a two-day rental. Do not rent from these crooks, ever! Very dishonest cheaters at this place. Never again! One star is too much.

I fly to Louisville several times a year and rent a car from Thrifty most times. Gary has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions to make sure I was satisfied as a customer. Thanks Gary and Thrifty.

PLEASE IF YOU ARE NOT A SAVY TRAVLER BE CAREFULL SECOND SHIFT COUNTER REP IS A PROFESTIONAL LIAR WITH NO MORAL COMPAS WHO WILL CHEAT YOU OUT OF YOUR HARD EARN MONEY.  WILL LET CORP, AIRPORT AUT, BETTER BU, AND FOUR OTHER AGEN.
