Super convenient office located onsite at the SLS CASINO!! Enterprise rep was friendly and walked me to the location of the “after hours” drop box. Getting to my car was a breeze! I will rent from this location again the next time I stay here!

My experience started out poorly due to some policy changes. I called the day before my rental to confirm they are still able to take a debit card for the deposit instead of a credit card witch is what helped me decide to use enterprise for my rental. I was told that this office did. I get there to pick up rental and representative said they do not and they had recently changed the policy. She did however manage to resolve it so they could witch I'm thankful for but bring all representatives up to speed about policy changes.

When I pick up the car, I met a female employee, and she was not in a good attitude, especially  I booked SUV onlin,but she gave me an economy car, the price was not cheap.I do not have chance to choose any other car rental companies on weekends.This is an unpleasant car rental experience.

Great experience renting a car for the day. They upgraded me to a great convertible and were flexible.

I don't normally write reviews but this location was amazing. This was our first time renting a car and we felt extremely well taken care of. We knew all the extra information that sometimes you wished you asked and forgot to ask. We picked up the car right at 7am and we were greeted with a chipper attitude from someone who really seemed to love their job! Wow.
