An old person picked me up from the hotel was very polite and guided me with directions to avoid traffic. The person who rented the car, helped me answer questions related to parking, after hour drop-off and places where we could visit. Overall helpful staff and positive experience.

Quick and Easy check in.  They picked us up at the hotel and had the car ready.  We drove to the South Rim from Vegas and down Rt 66.  We even encountered a snow storm and the car handled nicely thru the icey roads. We had a comfortable, great ride for 3 days.  We had no problems with the car, staff or checking in and out.  Thank you Enterprise for topping off our vacation with a great car and experience.

These people are fantastic! I was in and out really fast and everyone was very personable. Definitely my go-to car rental in Vegas.

Everything went smoothly. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that when I returned the car i saw that the inspection had expired 2 days before I rented so I could've gotten a ticket but I didn't so all is good. Car was clean, staff was friendly, everything worked out well.

Our family was staying at the Venetian, and we needed a rental. Also contacted Dollar, Budget, and Hertz. Enterprise was more than willing to pick me up and take me back to the hotel. I can't begin to describe how pleasant of an experience it was. The staff here is simply awesome.
If I (or you) am/are ever staying on or near the Strip, check this place out. I sure glad I did!
