I was scheduled to pick up a rental car on November 14th at 5:00pm. Enterprise gave us the option to have a reservation for 5:00 pm. When we went to pick the vehicle up at 4:55, the location was closed. The person who was supposed to be there decided they were going to close early. The signs read that someone at the front desk could help us. They were unable to do so. So I called the 1-800 number listed on the sign. They were able to schedule another reservation at a different location. Great! So I call the other location to see if they are able to pick us up, because their slogan after all is, "Enterprise, we'll pick you up." Denied. They would not pick us up because there was another enterprise location within the same area as the pick up. OF COURSE there was, but they are closed, and could not help us. The lady on the phone from the other location would not budge. Her response, "sorry ma'am, its corporate policy, its corporate policy." Mind you, we are 1,100 miles from home, and we needed to be in California the next morning. Enterprise did nothing to help us. They had no care of helping us, and it showed when we had our reservation for well over 30 days, and they KNEW it was scheduled and their employee chose to still go home early. So we did what we thought was best. Cancelled our reservation. And called Hertz. Not only did Hertz pay for a Lyft to come pick us up, they also stayed LATE so we could get all the paperwork done, matched the rental price on the original rental, and gave us another discount for all of the issues we had received from enterprise. Because of this situation, the lack of care this company showed, and terrible customer service, myself as well as the other two people I traveled with, will never use Enterprise again. Customer service goes a long way with me, and this company showed zero customer service skills.

The staff is very friendly and helpful this was my first time renting a car it was simple and they even gave me a upgrade on a car I will definitely be coming back in the future thank you,

Incompetent drop off location. I returned a vehicle I rented in LA to this location and was told by the manager, who was on break in the parking garage, to drop the keys in the box at the desk. I did so, only to find out a week later that I was to be charged an extra day!!!! I had to call my pick up location and corporate customer service to sort it out and I'm still pissed. If I hadn't kept my gate entry ticket to prove drop off time, I'm not sure I would have received a refund on the unfounded charges. This left me with a negative view of Enterprise as well as the D casino.

It was nothing but the best renting the minivan from you guys in Vegas. The van was clean and ran perfectly. We put on over 400 miles in the brief time we had it and having the Dropbox for the keys is brilliant because we had to fly out early the next morning. Great working with you.

The experience was not ok. The only reason I am writing feedback is that I was charged for refuelling. I got the vehicle with 3/4 of a tank of gas. I returned the vehicle with just above 3/4 of a tank of gas. The next day I received an email with a copy of the receipt. There was a 5 gallon refill charge at 3.25 a gallon. I went back to the Fremount office to dispute the charges. I was told that I would be reimbursed. I have yet to receive the refund . So I will not be doing any business with Enterprise in the future.
