Super friendly staff and a very smooth transaction. When I picked up and returned my car I had the same lady. She was super nice ad helpful I didn't think to ask got her name. I would suggest this location as I was in and out quickly both times.

You want someone who will treat you with the up most respect go see Jessica Hooper!!! She is amazing!!! I was treated with great customer service. This place is great!!! Very busy for such a little location but with great customer service like how I got no wonder why this place stays busy!!! Thank You Hertz for having great people!

They need more people!  Gold status means nothing here. I rented twice recently. 1st time the car needed to be washed. They washed it. Then parked it. Then went about their day. An hour later someone realized, and pulled the car around. Then 2 weeks after the rental was returned, I got a call from headquarters asking if and when I’m going to bring the car back. Of course I informed them as to where their car is. 

This time. I’m in line waiting. They have a sign that says ring the bell if you’re “gold.” Then they look at you annoyed and say “we’re busy”.  I’m only doing what the sign says. 

I know it’s not a cool airport location with my name on the board. But sheesh! Look at your reservations and be prepared and help these guys out with the right amount of help. 

So much for “gold plus five star”.

The employees are so nice and funny. They upgraded my car when I asked, no problem.

Showed up early for my rental - was told they only had full size truck which is almost 100 a day. I specifically asked for  a subcompact $22 daily. She ran my card without asking adding another 130 for car insurance which i had provided them already. What a den of theives. Why don't they allow 0 stars, as if i wanted to get molested I could have just walked out and picked up a $20 streetwalker that hangs nearby - dangerous neighborhood Be very afraid!!
