These People were amazing in all facets of Customer service. Also The Car was in beautiful condition. I had an emergency an had to fly out of town on a Sunday which is a day this location is closed and I had to drop it off at the Airport which is a substantial extra charge in Las Vegas and return the car two days early . The very first weekday I was home I received a call from this location asking me if I was okay and was everything else okay and informing me they were waiving the 100 dollar return to different location fee and refunding the two day amount I didn't keep the car. This was all done without me asking . Kudos for the great Customer service and compassion for a fellow human being. They Made me an Enterprise man for life.

They were friendly, but I was forced to get a different vehicle that I chose online.  The reason was because I didn't give them 2 hours notice to get the class of vehicle I wanted.   Regular compact cars are hard to come by.

Made a reservation online at 11:30am. Called for a pickup at 11:33am. I told Anthony that I need to be picked up from my mechanic's shop. He put me on hold for 14 minutes. I call him back and he tells me that it's too late to pick me up because they close soon, but "here's the phone number to another office". Couldn't he at least have transferred me? In my line of work, advocacy is key. I would have connected the call, arranged everything, and apologized for the long hold time that led me to go through this frustrating, time-wasting situation. And at most, stayed late to take responsibility. BBB time.

Enterprise is the best company for customer service and prices. I just started using a new location on Boulder and they were just great and very helpful. I live in that area now and they pick me up promptly when I need a ride. I would recommend them very highly over the competition and you can trust them with your business. Thanks -- BF
