This place is terrible. They had a nice group of people before the construction. Now they have a "manager" that looks at your bills just to rent a car. I've been going there for months. Over a year. I'm not going back over that experience. AND after that I gave them a chance. They tried to charge me gas money when I turned in my car.. That same woman that gave me a hard time told "Michaela " to just give me the credit. No hello or nothing. Just like nothing happened. She was there from the beginning. I used to work sales for Hot Topic. We had better service. Its our job! Sad they can't do it for such a small office

Nice location with friendly staff, however I didn't particularly care for the car I was given. I reserved an intermediate but that car that I was given was compact. This is not the first time this has happened. I mentioned it to the salesperson but she said that is THEIR their classification. I just want what I paid for and what is described that's all. I was in a hurry so I didn't argue with her and she was really sweet and I don't think some of them know car size categories. Please be fair to your customers. Other than that the service is great.

Extremely poor customer service at this location. Long waits and the employees seem to not want to be there. Unwillingness to help and unprofessionalism. Horrible experience. Go elsewhere for sure.
