Used this location many times, not in the best of circumstances, however highly recommend. The staff has always been nice and pleasant. They deal with conflict well, not because of me personally, but others. Very professional and personable.

Have used the Decatur Enterprise location several times.  Always an efficient, friendly associate working with me.  Only rental company I use.

I would give a 5 star rating however there were several hiccups with getting my rental. First, the location in Decatur, Illinois was severely understaffed. The entire lobby was full of people waiting to be helped, waiting to inspect the car, waiting to turn in keys, and waiting to be taken back home. I was already 15 minutes late as my ride from enterprise was not on time to pick me up. My scheduled pick up time was 5pm and I did not leave the premises until almost 630pm. Second, due to the understaffing situation the customer service was not where it should of been. Everyone was being hasty and rushing through the processes. I was unaware of the $200 deposit AND all of the utility bills you had to provide to rent. Maybe somewhere on the website it should or could be mentioned that if paying with debit there is a $200 hold along with your payment until the vehicle is returned. Please be prepared to provide the following documentation to COMPLETE your rental..... list appropriate/approved documentation. Do the same with credit card purchases. Lastly, the inability to split payments is absurd. If you accept debit and credit cards why is this convenience to the customer, if need be, not allowed?? Maybe think about updating your software to allow this for better customer service.
Other than that- the car was clean and in very good condition! I will rent with you again now that I know the ins and outs!
