The staff at the Enterprise location on 9800 S. Dixie Hwy, Miami is fantastic. They are always helpful, nice and many times go out of their way to make sure your experience with them is a good one. Many times when you are renting a car you are in a hurry to get somewhere so you need quick service or if you are going on vacation and you want the best most comfortable car , they try their best to get you going quickly and with the best available ride for the price! 5 star staff.
If I would have one negative comment it would be that last two times I rented there, the cars were not cleaned well . I expect the cars to be turned over to me well cleaned ! Otherwise, I only rent from that location!

Ask for Samantha & she'll help with all of the details! The whole staff is polite and courteous, but she really goes above & beyond.  Highly recommend this location!

Thouroughly enjoyed my experience renting my car from Enterprise. I was given a sporty Jeep just because it was on the lot and ready to go, and I loved driving the car. The paper work was quick and the representatives were friendly and efficient.

really nice experience on customer service level . I recommended for any body, I try rent on the competitors and they don't have any car for me , when I arrive to enterprises I drive my car in minutes .
