Went to pick up my car thru my insurance Co called about cars avaliable Austin Lee the branch manager told me what cars where avaliable and I ask him about how much more would it be for a upgrade to suv he told me my insurance Co would pay 30 dollars  a day for the rental I told him I would call him back and let him know I than called him back and said I will take the car he said ok I will get it ready drove 28 miles to get it got there he ask me for my driver license  and I gave them to him he brings the car up front for me than he says I need your insurance policy number and a 50 dollar  deposit why didn't  you tell me this on the phone he said he did he didn't so he got rude  and said is there anything else you need I sad no you should have told me what I needed  and also the outside of the car was very dirty  and he didn't ask me if I wanted to inspect  the first. Bad bad customer service and will tell insurance Co about this. He lied  to me and was very rude so believe  this are not I don't care but it's the truth

Oxford Ohio location used to be good, understaffed now like everyplace is so nobody there at my appointment time to pick up the car. Their selection is poor, maybe 5 vehicles and aged out. Surprising considering it’s the only rental place where Miami University is located. Transmission was about to go out in a 2019 Edge I had, too old of a vehicle to still be on a rental lot IMHO.

Boston was the agent he had a nice new car for me I was a day late because the body shop was a day slow the car was nice and clean head over half tank of gas in it car drove well didn't have any problems it was a newer model so that was nice there were a lot of safety features that the car had that mine doesn't So Not only was the car nice it was safer to drive so I would recommend this place to anybody in the area that needs to rent a car

If I could rate this location a zero I would.  Ordered a rental for 8am pick up on 7/15/2022.  They called Tuesday to confirm.  We went to pick it up this morning, the only car available needs an oil change, will not be ready until 10am. SERIOUSLY!!! Oil changes take 15minutes.  There is no consideration for the customer.

Cecil answered my call and handled my questions great. Pickup and drop off was simple and he was pleasant to work with.  The Dodge Caravan was an engineered piece of garbage and I hope I never have to drive one again, but they had no control over that.

The BEST experience we have had renting a car. We rent cars 5-7 times per year and just moved to the area. Jackie at the Oxford, Ohio location is amazing. Super friendly, very quick, easy to deal with. We will always rent from there because of her and the perks of Enterprise free spouse added as a driver, etc. Thanks for becoming our new “go-to” for vehicle rentals. Great job Jackie! MUCH appreciated!

Nice new rental. Only complaint is their insurance is $20 a DAY. Definitely went through my own ins. Company for that

We rented a 7 seater van for our trip to Niagara. They are really professional and our drop off location was in Dayton but it is more than an hour long drive from Oxford and when we called them, they gladly received it in Oxford without any issue. P.S. meet chi chi the cutest dog at their office.

Everyone is great. Adriana is absolutely amazing. She is a happy spunky person. Made our vacation rental car so easy. See you guys again next vacation.

This enterprises location will not honor reservations, they did not have the car class i reserved and for my co worker no car at all. Even though me and over 100 of my colleagues rent from enterprises/national 200 to 300 days per year per person this enterprises location does not value us as customers by consistently and shamelessly not honor reservations. If you try to go early they say they are too busy in the morning, if you go a bit later they tell you you're late and they gave your car away. Always some excuse. Previous manager had agreed that if I keep giving them business they would make sure i had the car i reserved. New manager now insist its first come first serve and reservations don't matter so if I want to be sure to have a car for work when I should rent elsewhere because that's their policy.  Read the other reviews where enterprise employees thought it was funny that they didn't have a car for a customer and laughed as they left a customer with a reservation stranded
