The service and people here are top notch, the pick-up and drop-off service is efficient with friendly drivers, and the cars are excellent. Great personal service always, and I always feel good before, during, and after renting a car from the Enterprise operation at 843 S. State Street.

Excellent customer service. I had tried to rent a car from another company which totally screwed me over. I was supposed to leave that day but by the time I got home it was to late to get a car anywhere except the airport  (and we all know how that is) anyway, this location was closing in 10 mins but when I called they were so nice and still helped me get a car for the next morning. Then to top it off I needed to rent it an extra day and had absolutely no issues doing so. There were no extra fees or late charges or anything I was given the same rate for the extra day that I had on previous days. I won't ever go anywhere else. I'd like to thank the staff for helping to give my boys and I an excellent mini vacation...it was so needed.

They were great.  The car was ready quickly and check in and check out went smoothly. The follow up calls were appreciated. Although Maybe more expensive than some other companies I continue to be won over with their great customer service. Definitely worth the extra few bucks.
