I reserved my vehicle the night before online which was a breeze. Picking up the vehicle in the morning before coffee was a bit of a production. This location is inside of an auto collision shop and was pretty busy. 

Nakisha was a doll helping us to our car and going over paperwork with us. There is optional insurance which is OPTIONAL. If you are an insured driver already you can decline this add-on. 

When returning the vehicle there were some issues that I discussed with Jeremy. He was very apologetic about my experience, and did his best to make things right. Because of this personal service I would definitely rent again from this specific location.

I rent here Often and will continue to do so. The Employees know me by name, I feel like I belong and they always take care of me.

I rented a car (white Nissan versa, although in papers it went as Kia note or something) from this place recently for a week. I used the app to rent it. In the app it said total cost is about 200 dollars. At the front desk I asked the man if it's the final price. He agreed and said that 200 more will be blocked on my card as a security deposit, which will be after all unblocked and returned. When I came back to drop the car off, the same man told me that I gotta pay more since there's an override on my security deposit. Not only it's not gonna be returned (the 200 dollars), but I gotta pay more. The reason? They tricked me to sign for some sorta insurance and made it seem like it's already included in the initial price. I would not recommend this place at Pico Blvd and this Enterprise company to anyone. Be careful and read what you sign for, because with these fellows you might sign your life away. Oh yeah, the man offered a discount if I agree to not complain about the whole situation. Discount of 30 dollars. Guess what I've found in my bank statement today? They charged my card 30 dollars more. Amazing discount... I'm not gonna deal with this company again . It was my first try and the last one. In the other company Alamo (that I used 3 times before) I always had a final price without tricks. I will use Alamo next time. As to Enterprise, their app is easy to use and the personnel was friendly.

Worst Enterprise ever. Rude manager screamed at me he tried to give us a dirty car that was no newer than a 2012. When I asked about another car is when his already bad attitude became worse. On vacation car accident had to get a rental we endef up with a car with pet hair all over back seat and fingernail clippings in the console.

I only deal with enterprise because they are close to home but everytime I go there they tell me some sort of lie land they can be a bit unprofessional very my last visit I got dropped off at a Taco Bell after return and had to walk home with my things today I got a ride home but was giving a bigger vehicle the. Full size and the gentleman names DG told me ot was a gas saver I spent more on gas then the actual rental agreement
