Took ages for them to put me in a car when I had a reservation. Car I got smelled heavily of cigs. Then they tried charge me extra in gas when I brought the car back in. It was at half tank when they gave it to me and half tank when I brought it in. Tried also to tack on an extra charge for a service I didn't use. When I told to them point where in my rental contract I consented to the charge, they couldn't find it. Didn't end up paying the fee, but the people who work here will give you attitude when you point out erroneous charges. Terrible, terrible service here.

Michelle is awesome along with Jillian and Daudi whom are also awesome with great customer service. I prefer this location over them all.

Great experience! Everyone there was very friendly. It was busy but they were very efficient even with a computer down. Jillian Bell was exceptionally friendly and accommodating!

Was weekend they run out of cars. They did everything in their power to get me a car. l reserved an economy car and got upgraded at no extra cost.It was a blessing with three children wanting to go swimming in the waters of Colorado River.
