We had a car reserved by our insurance company because of damage to our car; we were leaving it at the body shop.  
They already had all our information.
 When we dropped off our car at the body shop they were a long time coming to pick us up.  But they did finally get there.  At the enterprise business we were asked to provide MORE information.  They then told us we were on their do not rent list because of an accident my son's room mate had in one of their rental cars.  (We paid the full cost of that car)
I then asked why "you assholes had hauled us all the way across town when they already knew this information."
They then refused to give us a ride back to the body shop because we were "disrespectful". 
 I WAS disrespectful; disrespect WAS warranted.  
It was cold out and we were wearing light clothing.  The insurance company finally came and got us.
A few years ago we rented a car for our daughter who had flown home from college.  The car quit on the side of the road in the middle of the night.  Enterprise refused to give her another car.  She was lucky the wrecker driver gave her a ride.
Enterprise Pine Bluff, AR is a chicken feces operation.  Altho from what I can find out they are that way all over.

I was picked up by Mr. Oscar(I think that's his name) and he was very nice and helpful.  When I arrived I was greeted  and only had to wait a couple of minutes to be helped. Gregory had a great attitude, answered all of my questions, and gave me information on a future rental. I will definitely use this location again.

I had booked small SUV but got a big GMC Yukon. Well I got an upgrade but mileage with big GMC Yukon was an issue. However, Greg and Mr Mason worked with me and provided me excellent customer service.

It was horrible ...if you have a chance to go to Little Rock Run!!!
I was given the run-around all day today. They'll tell you that there's no cars and it be cars up there. They're lazy and don't want to really do their job. We need another major Car Rental in Pine Bluff that will give them competition!!!

I receive excellent Service whenever I rent from this location.  The Customer Service Reps provide Awesome Customer Service.  This is Great Location to rent vehicle.
