EXCELLENT SERVICE and REPRESENTATIVES!  I was headed to St. Louis, MO, when the car I rented from the Louisville, Kentucky, airport begin to have problems (Alamo). I called the Roadside assistance number, and I was told to go by the Jasper, Indiana Enterprise to switch out cars. I was frustrated with my rental car and angry at the same time. However, I met Curtis, who works the front desk, and he was extremely nice, professional, helpful and neat in appearance. He was able to get me into another rental car in no time, and the rental car was much better than the one I rented from the Louisville, Kentucky airport. But I must also give my thanks to "ALI" the branch Manager. She was simply amazing. I have NEVER seen such a professional looking manager at ANY car enterprise or rental car company I have ever visited!!! She made my day also. Very nice, courteous, patient, kind, knowledgeable, and neat in appearance. She was able to get the paper work straighten out, and sent me on my way. Ali and Curtis were BOTH awesome. I made it my point to call their General Manager (Tony), to compliment their terrific service. My trip to St. Louis was so much better after my encounter with these two individuals. Great team work!!!! Thank you so much for your help and for sending me away smiling and happy!!!!!

Jasper Enterprise is very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. Very simple and easy to work with and excelect rates. I always recommend using Enterprise.
