They are often very busy but always seem to accommodate me when I need them. I am a very demanding customer so that's not easy some days. I rent usually at least one day per week.

Absolutely the BEST Car Rental place I"ve ever been to period. After getting jerked around by Avis, Enterprise, and various other places Hertz came to my rescue. They not only helped me out but they also were polite, professional, and kind.  This whole team needs a raise. I was in quite a bind having my car die on me during a trip to Nashville and they helped me out.

You have other rental car choices, choose them.  Clear communication was needed when Hertz picked me up at the body shop, only to have to take me all the way back to their offices -- an extra hour away from work I wasn't anticipating.  

And make sure to ask them about the secret tolling charges.  Here in Kentuckiana, we have new tolling on three bridges, so it would have been great to know that, if you access even one toll, you're automatically charged the toll (expected) PLUS $5 per day for the length of your rental.  This was never mentioned nor do I have the opportunity to receive any refund. 

I'll give two stars because the car was fine.

It's the people that make the difference at the Clarkesville, In store! 

Honestly, after 3 years of renting vehicles every 8 weeks to visit my 21 year old special needs daughter in Florida, I do not even bother to check rates anymore. 

There is simply a bottom dollar value to any and all expenditures. Kyle, Dillon, Garrett and the rest of the crew always make me feel like I'm not just a valued customer, but an executive! And they have since the first time I rented! 

It is because of these guys, is why I only use Hertz....'cause where I'm going...MATTERS!
