I have to give them a 1 because 0 isn't an option. Useless, don't bother calling this Budget or Avis, they don't answer the phone. The only thing worse than this budget facility is Budget's convoluted website, and the two are running a very close race to the bottom. Pay the extra if you can, and in the end you'll be happy you did.

Afforable car rentals, but they're screw you on tolls roads. I paid all of them with change instead of using the e toll thing that comes in the car but they charged me anyway. It was only 30 bucks total for the toll fees but otherwise great service.

Car was very clean, no odors other than new car smell! Drove great. Fast and very friendly staff that have great customer service and seem knowledgeable. I will only rent from them from now on after two great experiences. Also thank you for the great low rates!

Called to reserve a car and received a confirmation email. When we went to pick up the car, we were told there were none. The woman working there told us we shouldn't have reserved online and should have called. We reminded her that we did call the number and spoke to someone who had indeed reserved a car for us. She told us that the people answering the phones for Budget reservations constantly "reserve" cars and provide phony confirmations when cars are not actually available.

Then I asked how a person actually reserves a car with Budget in a way that means the car will be there for them when they go to pick it up. She suggested calling before coming over to make sure they actually have a car available...isn't that what a reservation is supposed to do? What good is a "reservation" if I need to verify with Budget that they really do have a car for me for the reserved time, right before coming over? And when they don't, what do they expect me to do instead? I missed a medical appointment with a specialist in another town because of this. 

We were offered a really expensive SUV instead, and when I asked if it would be the same price we were quoted in our confirmation they told me  no, it would be more expensive.

If you want to reserve a car and actually be able to pick it up, go elsewhere. I've rented several times with Enterprise and received better prices and better customer service. I will be sticking with Enterprise from now on.

We reserved a car at this location and when we arrived were told that they didn't have any vehicles. The girls at the desk couldn't have been any less helpful. "Sorry, there's nothing we can do ". We called customer service and their advice was to call another car rental company. Good luck if you want to actually get a car from this location. They're terrible.
