I've been renting here a few times since April of 2017. Service is great. Cars are always nice, new, and clean. Debra is a great woman, and she has amazing customer service. Highly recommend this branch. By far the best car rental experience I had.

I worked with an amazing lady that bent over backwards and a man who can in on his day off to pick us up on his day off! We were stranded our car blew up and they saved our vacation! Enterprise was no help at all and very rude! Thanks to budget the week was saved. Call them first best price and service around!!!

The lady that runs the place was very helpful. The cars have always been clean and have had less than 5000 miles on them every time. I will continue to rent from here.

On 4/17 I went on your site and rented a car. I paid in full and called my insurance for coverage. I went to pick up the car, because we leave at 5 the next day. I was told I needed to pay a $200 safety deposit/hold. I gave them my card and the ran my credit. They told me my credit wasn't good enough and I'd have to pay $30 extra a day. I told them no, called the 1800# and was told I would get my full payment back with no penalty. I check my account and 150 was taken out. This has been a horrible experience. 2+ hours on the phone with no resolution. This is absolutely ridiculous. I an supposed to be leaving on vacation and im so sick to my stomach with how my vacation has started. I'm so upset that I was notified earlier that I would have a credit check. Why would you take MY MONEY out the day I book and not return MY MONEY for 3-5 days. Then on top of that take an extra 150 out (I'm assuming at the columbus location) and tell me there is nothing you can do? Discusting!
