My boyfriend was in a bad car accident which caused him to get a rental car. The insurance that he carries on his car states that whatever car he drives, including a rental car, will be fully covered by his insurance. This fact was stated multiple times to the employees at Enterprise. He stated over and over again that he did not want to pay any extra for insurance that he didn't need. The branch manager there, David Cross, still gave him a piece of paper to sign saying that he was going to take this extra insurance. My boyfriend who thinks that this is all standard paperwork signs it because why wouldn't he? He already told the employees that he didn't want to pay more for insurance that he didn't need because he had full coverage insurance even on rental cars. The employees told him that the insurance of the person at fault was going to cover his rental car, so he didn't worry about any extra costs, as it should be.  
We ended up getting a truck that we didn't want because they are awful on gas. We called back twice to see if there any smaller cars available and there weren't. We weren't blindsided by a $300 bill until after returning the truck. We called back the next day after returning the truck just to check up and give feedback. The employee in return told us that everything was fine with the truck in that all we owed was $300 for the extra insurance. Which my boyfriend replied he didn't get extra insurance. He has full coverage insurance through his regular insurance company. But, the employee has a sign paper so there wasn't anything we could really do, and the person who gave him the paper and witnessed him sign it was a branch manager. My boyfriend called his insurance company the next day to tell his insurance represenative everything that happened with Enterprise. Is insurance rep actually called Enterprise. She then connected everyone via 3-way call. She was very unhappy with Enterprise saying that of course he signed a paper offering extra insurance, he was just in a horrific accident. Not to mention that no one told him that it would be an extra charge. The employee said that he will talk to David Cross, the branch manager, and that he will call us back. Well it's been a little over two months now and he never called us. So that's my story of how Enterprise took advantage of a person at their weakest, most vulnerable moment. See ya $$$ that we could've put towards a new car.

We reserved a full size but someone promised a upgrade at pick up, but they didn't have the next size up so they gave us a van at no additional charge.  It was great to have the extra space and it was a smooth ride..did better on gas than I expected as well. Everyone was very nice. I was very pleased with the rental and price!

Wonderful people, cars, and prices!  I couldn’t be happier!  Especially when they offered a free upgrade!

They have always been friendly to me and my friend. We use to rent cars for our road trips, they always listened to our concerns and seemed to always be willing to validate them. If we had questions while in a different state, we could always stop a different one and they would contact this one to ask about it. So it was always a great thing, I felt like I could really trust them.
