My wife and I have rented several cars from enterprise and we have always found our experience to be of the best. Their cars are always clean and reliable. I did  have a Honda Accord one time a several years ago that was the most horrible car I had ever driven. Staff is top notch, I always shop around but, always come back because they will match or beat anyone else's price.

Me and my family were planning a trip to go visit family, and decided that it might be a good idea to rent a van from this location. Little did we know that we would receive HORRIBLE service! The female manager that was supposed to be "helping" us at the time, was absolutely rude. She went as far as yelling at my mother, "Do not interrupt me when I'm talking." Not only did she do that, but once we continued to get help from another employee, this lady continued to laugh at my mother for asking necessary questions. If it was not for the fact that my family was with me, I would have lost it with this woman. This was by far the worst customer service that I have ever received, and I wish that I had the option to give zero stars. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. To any one that is looking into renting a vehicle, just go ahead and do yourself the favor of looking elsewhere for your rental... Unless you enjoy being treated with disrespect.

I rented a car here the second week of January, while my car was being fixed in the shop. Customer service was fair and they were all friendly. Although, the first car i was assigned there was a blood stain on the roof near the mirror. I was disgusted. I turned the car around and drove it back. They happily gave me another clean car but the blood stain creeped me out too bad.

Fantastic group of associates at the Columbus, IN!  I've always been well taken care of and appreciate Asst. Branch Manager Clayton McConnell recognizing me as a repeat customer, it was appreciated.
