I rented a car in Louisville Ky everything was smooth and dropped it off in Indianapolis In and my experience was very positive. They immediately acknowledged me and assisted with the return of the car
 The shuttle was right there and brought me back to the airport. I found them to be down home friendly people. I would definitely used them again for reliable transportation.

I ended up needing to extend a rental by two weeks, they made the process easy. My car was great and so we're the rates. I would definitely recommend this company. 
Note: you will get a better rate if you contact them directly rather than going online.

So, we arrive easily enough. A shuttle brought us from the Indianapolis airport to the rental location. The shuttle driver was great, btw. Real friendly and did make you feel safe in his driving. 
Checking in was very fast. 
It all ends here though. 
He handed me the keys and told me the location of the car. It was in such bad shape I refused it. 
The inside was filthy dirty. Like, a milk shake had been spilled inside and not cleaned. The floors were nasty. But, worse. The tread on the tires were dangerous. 
The next car we got was barely a step up. No matter what a deal they have out there, I will never rent from then again.

Awful rental car. Do NOT rent a car from them. I reserved a car there for $11. When I stopped by to pick up the car, the woman behind the counter said since you are going out of state there is more $25 fee!!! So I cancelled it right there. They did not provide me w/ a cancellation document! Anyway, a few days later I noticed that they charged me and did not cancel my reservation and it is still open. I had to dispute the transaction. 
DO NOT let them to fool you w/ a cheap price.

This has been an awful experience. I waited an hour for them to get me from the airport. This place is 15 minutes away from the airport. I called 3 times. They told me one had just come by, when I had been waiting there for over 40 minutes. Lady finally showed up, waited there an additional 15 minutes for additional ppl. Finally got here. Now 5 of us waiting in line. One guy working the desk, the other 2 are playing Madden on the front TV display. Just about to leave with my rental. I flew in at 605. This was ridiculous.
