Completely satisfied with the excellent service provided by the Maplewood office of Enterprise at 2178 Millburn Ave. The car reservation was done by my insurance company and the car itself was ready at the time of the appointment for picking up. The case was handled by Mark Fernicola who is an outstanding professional who accurately explained the related paperwork and the terms of the agreement. Overall, great office and an excellent experience.

I can't speak for the other locations but beware of the one on Millburn avenue in Maplewood. They didn't have the car that I reserved two weeks in advance, the one vehicle they did have was not properly maintained and the oil light came on and almost stalled just before getting on the highway for a long road trip. Thank God it did before I went any further. It's a shame b/c that was my go to location for years. Never again

Due to the number of cars affected by natural disaster, Princeton BMW agreed to pay for the rental until the part was ready. Enterprise billed my insurance and Princeton BMW and instead of billing any balances to Princeton BMW, they charged my credit card. I reached out to the branch Jul 11th immediately after the charge posted and someone named Mark picked up and informed me that all the managers quit and he was only on the job two weeks. He informed me that he or a supervisor would call me back to resolve the problem. No one called. I have rented at Enterprise from Canada to Mexico and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. I'll be filing a CFPB complaint because it's egregious to charge someone for a comped rental after issuing a receipt that says otherwise.  Edit: Got my money back via chargeback after the CFPB complaint

Never again will I rent a car from here they will charge your account and lie tell you that they didn’t. Also if your insurance stop paying for you rental they will not reach out to you about it you will find out the day you return the car that you have an owed balance and that insurance didn’t not pay for the days you had it.

Service is bad, I called them 2 days prior for my booking confirmation and unfortunately, there is no available vehicle on Saturday and I said fine. The vehicle will be available on Monday between 4 to 5:30 PM, in short, I went to my scheduled time work half day and the SUV that they offered is dirty and smelled cigarettes. They offered a small car I cancelled it right away.

Car was dirty. Stain seats. burn holes. But staff was excellent. Enterprise Rent a car NEW YEAR NEW CARS..

great customer service and attention to solving my concerns.  After a car accident any help that can alleviate the stress and worry is welcomed and the staff and the B/M made it a point ease me through the process.  I have been coming to Enterprise in this area {Maplewood} for 20 years and dealing with Enterprise as a whole for 20 years, this branch and the level of service provided is a primary reason for this.  regards

Booked a full size vehicle with an insurance claim. Two weeks prior, when i arrived the vehicle did not meet my expectations like in the past, I pointed to the other larger vehicles and i was told, that is reserved, that has damage, the Nissan Armada was a specialty vehicle.  i drove off in a minivan. i called later in the day and stated if they don't have what i requested, i was going to return it and go to Hertz. The location was closed when i called again. I SPOKE TO THE NATIONAL CALL CENTER. I did get a call from the location after it was closed. They said they would not have any vehicles until the next night as in the morning they did not know what was due in. I explained that i plan to go elsewhere.  Now the 2nd morning they called offered all small vehicles and the Nissan Armada. When i got there, there was a Jeep Cherokee, they claimed it just came in and they had rented it already. I took the Nissan Armada. The total rental was for 22 days. I requested a manager on the phone both mornings to call.  The first day the Nissan Armada is a special vehicle and the next it is not?  I called the toll free telephone number to ask for a manager, even received an email survey and asked for a manger and several times since and never retuning my call. I Would NOT go to this location or this Company. TERRIBLE service and no respect for me giving them business. Why is it that it always seems like when even i had dealt with Enterprise in the past, it is the persons first say at that location. it is like they change it up all the time.  no one ever called from the location of corp.  never again. UPDATE, THE ONLY REASON THAT CHRIS IN THE REPLY BELOW IS OFFERNG TO LISTEN, IS BECAUSE OF THE BAD REVIEW- GOOD THEY DESERVE IT,  WHEN IT COULD HAVE BEEN RESOLVED, THEY IGNORED IT. NOW TOOOO BAD!
