Customer service was outstanding. Sales person first it was Emmanuel during our initial visit, then Eva during our final visit. They both made sure we were comfortable by offering us tea, coffee, water etc. They were very patient with us even when it took us a few minutes to make decisions. The manager , Johnny made several phone calls to the bank to accommodate our needs. When the deal was finally sealed, the finance manager, Isaac walked us diligently through the warranty process and processed our paper work with a lot of professionalism answering every question we had. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

Great team and great treatment. Found the perfect car at the right price, no haggle and great customer service. They were quick to address a small issue with the car I purchased even though I didn't notice it until I got home.

My experience purchasing a 2017 Toyota Sienna with Fitzgerald of Gaithersburg couldn't have been easier. From start to finish, the sales team was informed, easy going, and efficient. My salesman, Hanna, knew the Sienna from top to bottom and explained everything-- seat movement, stereo features, storage options, and transmission upgrades. He even helped me get the best value for my trade-in (they beat the CarMax offer). The paperwork was so smooth and I was out the door in a timely manner. This is the second car my family has purchased here, both were excellent experiences.

I purchased my Toyota Avalon here 12 years ago and continue to use their service department for regular maintenance and repairs. I have been working with Patrick Nugent for years. Pat is honest and dependable and tells me what I need to do and what I can defer. He does not use scare tactics and knows that I'm a long time customer. He is trust worthy and the main reason I continue to use the Fitzgerald Service Dept and will buy my next car from Fitzgerald.

The staff was very kind and helpful throughout the entire buying process. They made being a first time buyer simple and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone!
