I give all the service representatives 5 stars and a huge shout-out.  They are always polite, courteous, and professional.  The only hiccup with my car service experience this time was that I had to wait about 40 minutes to get my rental car.  Wasn't expecting that!  Nonetheless, I love Fitzgeralds Gaithersburg Hyundai...they always meet or exceed my expectations.  Thank you Hyundai service representatives...thank you Fitzgeralds Gaithersburg Hyundai.

My sales representative was Robert Bo Cox, and he was great!  He helped me buy the car of my dreams.  He showed my all of my Tucson's features.  He was extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful to my needs.  I am extremely happy with my new Tuscon.
