My recent purchase of a used Nissan Pathfinder at Rosenthal Acura was a great experience. Ned, the sales rep, was extremely helpful, courteous, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. We closed the deal in a short time frame and I am happy with the sales deal and my vehicle.  I  highly recommend working with Ned and the Acura team for future purchases.

I will like to leave a review for Mr. Larry Pinto since he was very accommodating during our search for our family car. He is truly a gentleman and a great salesman. He has a great experience doing customer service for sure. He provided us with a test drive and explained everything about the car and its benefits and the new technology. He was very patient with us and we appreciate all his effort in trying to assist us with our car needs. For that, I really appreciate his time and caring. I highly recommend Mr. Pinto next time you go over the Rosenthal Acura in Gaithersburg, stop by and ask for him. Thanks.

Ned at Rosenthal Acura was very helpful in purchasing our new car. I had a few issues but he was helpful in emailing me and trying to make sure I was satisfied. The service department was also very helpful and great at communicating with me. I recommend Rosenthal Acura, everyone there was very nice!

Ned did a great job helping me purchasing a used MDX. I found him very personable and understanding. I drove all the way from PA because of this price. The only thing that I believe should be made more clear is that their pricing at least for used cars are non negotiable. I wish I would have known that before driving 2 hours. Nevertheless, for a dealership I had a pretty good experience.

It was a great experience to purchase my 2017 MDX from Rosenthal Acura. Larry Pinto, the sales associate, was exceedingly helpful in finding a car that met our budget limit, I really appreciated the war, reception and patient way in which the associate engaged on the transaction, including a very helpful discussion of the time value of money considerations in choosing between a lease versus a direct purchase. I highly recommend Rosenthal Acura!
