The experience was rewarding. Customer Service starts the minute you walk through the door until final purchased. Malcolm Mackey went above and beyond to accommodate my needs in purchasing my vehicle. I will personally highly recommend Malcolm to anyone looking to purchase. Malcolm was very helpful and courteous. He didn't pressure me into purchasing a vehicle He was very helpful as he assisted me in making the right purchase.Great salesman, he is personable, knowledgeable, very polite and very welcoming. These are the qualities I look for. Malcolm helped me in 2015. My experience at Mercedes with Malcolm was great! I was absolutely pleased with this dealership because of the outstanding service I received from Malcolm. He is an asset to Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead. Thank you Malcolm for a rewarding experience.

My queen and I have no complaints regarding our purchase experience here at Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead. Mr. Ronnie Hill was a very pleasant individual with a wealth of expertise and knowledge of his product. The purchase process of our new 2018 E 300 sedan is exactly what we invisioned. Thank you Mr. Hill and Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead! Ms. Paula Clark, the professional that she is, assisted Mr. Hill also with a level sincerity and kindness making sure we had the best understanding throughout this process. I have purchased two vehicles from Denis Bardizbanian at Mercedes Benz of Buckhead. He is an exceptional sales person that gives amazing service. His attentive and caring nature made the process smooth and enjoyable. He is always available and ready to assist anytime I need anything. I will certainly return to him for any future purchases and recommend all my friends and family work exclusively with him as well.

Huge fan of this dealership. I have bought 7 cars there (yes, 7!!!) since 2002--beginning with the store that was on West Paces Ferry and most recently at their current location. My wife just purchased a new E-Class last month with Natasha Altman, the sales rep. Natasha has sold us all 7 cars and has done so with professionalism and tireless positive attitude. I would absolutly recommend working with her if you whether you are buying your first or seventh Mercedes!

I had a great experience car-shopping at the Buckhead location! Great selection of cars (in covered parking area) and overall ambiance of the place adds to the experience! My sales person Barron Driskell was very pleasant, patient and helped me find and purchase the perfect car! Awesome experience!
