Recently moved back to Maryland and needed to replace my older Mini.  The customer service in both the car service area,  sales (Danny) and finance were great.  They are attentive and NOT pushy in sales.  After securing the sales he continued to check up on us.  Really a great place.

They have the best customer service by taking care of their clients. They look at ways where clients could save money. My vehicle was not really due for service but I stopped by to have them checked one of its tires and the sound that could be heard every time  the brake pedal is released abruptly. They checked on everything, added an engine oil, and did not pay anything.No waiting time, too!! I would definitely recommend Mini of Montgomery!

Service scheduled an apt very quickly when I called about a recalled part. I was taken care of immediately,  they did the repair quickly to make sure I had the car for work that afternoon.  Everyone was pleasant and they even gave me a complimentary wash!

Shiesty thiefs. New car dealership, but the staff have mentality and sales pitch of a used car salesman. NEVER buy a used car from them. They never inspected my vehicle yet passed it, despite having many issues that should have failed it. They will tell you anything you want to hear to sell. They'll even make up incorrect information about features in the car, just to try to sound knowledgeable. Don't go there with the mentality that they are there to help you. Definitely don't go there for a used vehicle. Their service team is ultra lazy. They will pass your car's inspection without inspecting it.

Edio Alarcon is your man when it comes to getting the information on time. He has been amazingly prompt in getting back with numbers to help make decisions. I hope to own a MINI and update the review soon.
