Needed to find my dream Wrangler Sahara by the end of the weekend, and after a few days of searching I found the perfect one at Criswell Jeep. My salesman Chris Cunningham was great; giving me their best price on the jeep without having to go back and fourth with numbers, and was able to do this over the phone. The transaction was pretty much as smooth as it gets, I made first contact on Friday, drove up on Saturday to have my car appraised and test drove the Jeep, and signed the papers and drove my new baby home on Sunday. I honestly couldn't be more happy with my Jeep, and Chris played a big role in this. Only giving 4 starts because the quality of the new car delivery was not up to par with my expectations.

Prompt & polite service on a recall notice - where they make no money. Very good. I also watched another customer get great, deprecating service and attention on a problem Criswell could not replicate. This was far, and away, better than any visit to a Darcars Chrysler. First Criswell experience - excellent !

It all started and ended with a phone call. I called about my rear view mirror coming down. I wanted to know if I could come in to get it fixed. It only needs to be glued back up. The young lady on the phone says the earliest I can get in is next Friday. I'm calling on a Wednesday, so 10 days is the best available time to put the mirror back up? OK, my opinion is that is unacceptable, so I went to Rockville. I just didn't feel good about the phone call.

This is the second time I brought in my Jeep Wrangler for an oil change and their express service is really fast. When I mean fast, within 30 minutes they are done! Best of all, their customer service is top notch! I was so frustrated with the other Jeep Dealer I used to go and now I'm so happy I found Criswell! Thank you for the excellent service Criswell Team!

Should have paid attention to other reviewers. Total bait and switch. Shady people! Bought cars elsewhere where the price online is the price you paid. Wanted to add over $4000 to internet price. NO THANK YOU! Will NEVER buy a car there. BEWARE!!!!
