Dillon and all the gentleman in service are great to work with and very helpful. They listen to you and work with you to figure out the best way to get your vehicle fixed and back to you with the least amount of time lost. I highly recommend the Berlin Service team and mechanics.

I had a potentially serious issue while driving home to Massachusetts with my 17 Civic (my dealer is located in Mass.).  Stopped in to Berlin City completely unannounced, and asked if they could take a look at my car.  They brought it in and got me situated immediately.  Within an hour they were able to fully diagnose the issue and immediately fix it (a very minor issue that had nothing to do with the car btw.)  Great professional staff and I can only imagine that if you live in the area and are considering buying there, they would give fantastic, top-notch treatment to their own customers as they did with someone who bought his Honda in a completely different state.

F first they sold us glass etching we didn't want. Then they tried to sneak in a $2,000 warranty policy we did not want. And then lied and said my husband had already agreed to it when she hadn't. then we arrived from out of state to pick up the car. And the battery wouldn't start. The car just sat there. You would think if they had known for 3 weeks the exact date and time we were arriving that perhaps they would have checked to see if the car started. then they said they'd give us a new battery but neglected to inform us that they didn't have a new battery in that it had to be delivered from elsewhere 2 hours later we were finally in our car after being lied to and they try and try to cheat US overall our experience was horrific. I do not recommend this establishment. Read the paperwork very carefully and expect them to try to sneak in things you never agreed to. And don't expect your car to start.

I've had the best of services and the worst of services here. I am highly unlikely to buy a Nissan again, due to problems with wear within a year or two of purchasing a new Nissan. Service is sometimes very helpful and sometimes less than helpful. Overall, it's an okay place to do business with on the service end. The folks are generally friendly.

Great dealership, phenomenal service. The service team consists of dedicated and educated individuals, who only want you to leave happy, regardless of the hoops they may have to jump through to make that happen. I will never take my Civic elsewhere!
