Pape Subaru is incredible.  I worked with Vinnie Shaw and he gave me such a good deal, I didn't have to negotiate.  He's honest, upfront and he truly  tries to make every customer happy.  He even responds immediately when I have minor questions about the car after I bought it.  I recommend Vinnie and the whole Pape crew to anyone who needs a car.  I can't imagine getting around this winter in anything besides my Subaru Cross Trek.

Amazing experience with Pape Subaru.   Great service and they really listened to what I was looking for.  My budget was definitely on the low end but they worked so hard to get me in a great car.  They totally respected my price point and were so helpful!  Thank you Pape!

I would advise proceeding with great caution if you choose to do business at Pape. They did not disclose damage to a vehicle we purchased. When trying to resolve the issue, they have been minimally responsive. The sales representative did not return phone calls after assuring the issue would be resolved. He stated to be working on the problem and ordering what it needed, but there is no evidence of that at all. We are being told we may need to pay for the repair. We are past two weeks since purchasing with no resolution. Very poor business practices and just poor decency and consideration of your customers.

Good experience, salespeople friendly, not pushy. Fell in love with my Crosstrek! Jun was my salesman. (Like June, without an E)

I got my 2018 Subaru from this location. Great service if you are looking for a good car ask for Vinnie tell him I send you.He will take care of you just like you are family.
