Had my Accord serviced here a few months ago. Great service - they actually recommended that I NOT do a thing I asked them to do because it wouldn't have helped fix my car. That's a good sign. My only disappointment was using the shuttle - I was stupid and forgot my keys so when I was driven home I couldn't get inside my apartment building and the shuttle driver had taken off. I ended up waiting out in the cold for an Uber to go back to Lee Auto to get my keys, and then back home again. 100% my fault, but it would've been decent if the shuttle driver had just waited a few seconds to make sure I got in the front door. Oh well.

I had an amazing, fast and easy experience with Lee in Westbrook. I got the car I wanted at a price I could afford. I had Matt Tower as a sales person. I would recommend him to anyone. He was super nice and friendly. I had to bring my 3 year old daughter in. He was super friendly and helpful. Overall amazing experience. 
Used 2011 Hyundai Tuscon, received February '17.

I was welcomed at the entrance, talked about used Ram trucks available, and was presented with 2 trucks to chose from & bought one.. painless & proficient staff at Lee Auto Mall West. From salesman, service center to financial manager, I was well treated.  Even the coffee was great.
I bought their 2015 truck.

This is my second buying experience at Lee in Westbrook.  The staff has always been knowledgeable, upfront, and they focus on a 'no pressure' experience.  Josh Goulette was a pleasure to deal with this time around, and made the process easy.  He understood my needs as a business owner and provided me with superior customer service!

Beware of this dealership! I made an appointment to look at a used vehicle with the intent of trading in my current vehicle should I decide to purchase. The saleswoman was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly but when it came down to the numbers she didn’t hesitate to attempt to pull a fast one on me. I offered to pay a certain amount out the door with the payoff of my current vehicle as part of the deal (I should note that I did not lowball the dealership or offer an innapropriate amount - I have done my research and come from a family of vehicle enthusiasts. My vehicle is valued at more than what I owe on it and while I am aware that a trade in is lower than what you would get for the vehicle through a private sale, what was offered was 1/3 of my vehicles current value based on NADA, Kelly Blue Book, and my banking institution). They then came back to me with a final price that included the “trade in” discount but then further down the paperwork contained the added figure of the payoff amount for my vehicle worked into that final number - essentially they would be getting my vehicle for free while attaching the “payoff” amount into MY new loan. It didn’t sit right with myself nor with both my husband and my bank (who were both on the phone with me during this exchange) and they privately questioned the pricing practice in regards to this purchase. After I continually questioned the saleswoman as to why my payoff price was being included in the purchase price, the negotiations deteriorated pretty rapidly (had they truly been paying off my vehicle, it would have been a separate transaction entirely - they would pay my lien holder directly. By working that amount into the new sales price/loan I would still be paying that owed amount on top of the purchase price, thus negating any and all trade in/pay off value). The saleswoman then went and got a manager by the name of Adam who then proceeded to attempt to take control of the situation i.e. condescendingly speak to me and question as to where I was getting my numbers from as it very obviously didn’t match up with their sales formula. When I pushed back and refused to accept the blatant attempts of diffusion/intentional misdirection, Adam accused me of being rude and proceeded to snatch the paperwork while stating that I would not be buying a vehicle there. Let me just say to Adam, a manger of the Westbrook location - THANK YOU! I found a vehicle in better condition with more options, less mileage, and most importantly straightforward pricing at a competitors dealership. I have to say my banking representative was flabbergasted at not only the way that you treated me but also by your intentionally misleading business tactics (she was listening to our conversations throughout the entire process, there was no “eternal hold time” as you called it). Should you be considering purchasing from this dealership, simply DON’T! I have visited many dealerships in the course of my search for a vehicle and can whole heartedly state this was the worst consumer experience I have EVER had. Potentional car buyers please take your hard-earned money and spend it elsewhere!
