We stopped buy to test drive a used vehicle.  Scot helped us and there was great because it was not high pressure and he was just helpful and informative.  We were slightly in a rush but we were able to get in and out quickly without feeling like you're being interrogated like some other car dealerships.

do NOT buy a used vehicle from these guys. absolutely horrible experience!
I purchased a used Honda fit with a new inspection stickler. shortly after, a tire blew and there was no jack in the car to fix the flat. I called the company asking for a jack set and they said it was not their problem. I then found out the tire that blew was the wrong size and there was another tire that was also the wrong size with a huge bubble, that was ready to blow.  they would not replace these tires for me. I brought it in for a "free" oil change and they did not change the oil, but left the cover to the oil tank off in my engine! Also, the battery died shortly after, and when I replaced it with another company they said it was the wrong size! They will fudge anything to sell a car and you will pay for it later.

I just purchased a new Silverado at Pape Chevrolet.  It is by far the best dealership I have ever done business with.  The employees go out of their way to help their customers with any questions or concerns they have.  All the employees are happy and enjoy working there.  I could not be happier with my new truck and the experience I had buying it at Pape.

Unfortunately, Pape was not able to fix the problem with my car. That is not why I'm giving them a two star rating. I'm giving them a two star rating because I set this service up online on a Friday. As soon as I was done I rec'd a phone call from a service rep advising they have a skeleton crew on the weekends but if I ask I needed was to have a key fob programmed they could probably take care of it. I advised I could come in on Saturday and went in. As I stated previously, they were not able to program the key so I scheduled an appt with Quirk. Well, Monday rolled around and I rec'd a text advising I had missed my appt. No, I did not miss my appt, the service rep who had me come in on Saturday instead of Monday didn't cancel Monday's appt. Paying attention to the little things makes a difference. TWO STARS.
