They did a $758.00 Timing belt service on my car that didn't need to be done. When the Timing belt gets serviced they put a sticker on there with the date and mileage it's next due. I had Just got the car a few months before I took it in so I wasn't sure if it needed to be done. I told the service associate by the name of Chris Nguyen that I wanted it done if it needed to be done since I wasn't sure,He said ok and wrote me up. A few hours later I got a call from him telling me that it needed to be done and that they were going to replace other parts like the pulleys and such, I agreed to get the work done under the assumption that it needed to be done. I happily paid and left thinking they did a good Job. A year after I decided to detail my engine and removed the plastic engine cover and realized there was a sticker from a few years back that said the service had already been done and didn't need to be done When they told me to do it. I called the service manager by the name of Chris and explaid to him that they did a service on my car that wasn't required and gave him all the information I had. After a long discussion of him giving me the runaround and me explaining to him what they had done he said well it's been a year since the service so there's nothing I can do for you. Needles to say I was very disappointed that he wouldn't do the right thing. I take my car to the dealer expecting a certain amount of professionalism and honesty. They usually charge more but better quality of service is expected. I will never take my car there again or buy a car from them. They are dishonest and unprofessional. I will be taking them to court to recover my money.

Adan was great I got back from vacation and they told me I was suppose to pay $172 I said no Adan said it was covered under the warranty. The employee went to a service manager and came back and said that this qualified as maintenance. I asked when is the last time you had to maintenance a/c under 30K miles. I let them know I'm not paying. A minute later they handed my keys and said I'm good to go with no explanation. I still don't know it is considered maintenance or covered but I guess I'll never know.

I have gone to this location for services for several years. A few things I've had done include front and rear brakes, neutral safety switch, oil changes, radiator hose replacement, ect. There are quite a few pros and cons to taking your vehicle to the dealership for services especially if your car is older like mine and nothing is under warranty. One major PRO for me is the fact any time they have to keep my car over night they do not hesitate to give me a loaner vehicle. This convenience in itself is SOMETIMES worth the cost of service. I got my brakes done at two different times, and both times the rotors needed to be replaced. In total between both visits brakes and rotors alone cost me $1,100. Now this is a crazy amount for a wear and tear item such as this especially considering I could have done it myself for roughly $160 in parts, and I can tell you considering my experience yesterday which was a matter of miscommunication I will not be going back for something like this. Unfortunately I was in a position where I needed them replaced, and with my work schedule I didn't have any time to seek a cheaper place or do it myself. SO yes this place is pricey. Before getting my neutral safety switch replaced I did call several places and Frank Hyundai was only $20 more than the competitors. I paid the extra for the peace of mind that frank Hyundai gives me in the event something is wrong with the part or if the problem is not fixed. So My advice is call around and get some quotes, don't wait until you have no other options but don't count Frank Hyundai out as they are comparable to after market prices on some things. Even with an appointment you will likely wait a while for service, this can be annoying, however they do offer a shuttle to take you home or to work which is convenient. My Sales rep has been ADAN, aside from the miscommunication most recently which wasn't just on him, he is so wonderful! He really goes above and beyond to take care of his customers and I want to extend my gratitude. His customer service skills are awesome, and he strives to give you the peace of mind you might need to make the best decision for you.

That God for reviews. I have never seen so much bad reviews on a dealership in my life and it's a wounder the BBB hasn't closed them down. Thank you everyone for saving me.

Worst dealership ever. Two occasions in which the staff were more than terrible. First occasion, I was charged a diagnostics test without my knowledge post-oil change. The staff member responsible (old Korean man) was of no help at all when I tried resolving the issue. Lastly, the service department (or anyone who picks up a damn phone at this place!) must enjoy giving out terrible customer service. If a customer wants to schedule an appointment for a check up, maybe it's a good idea to not leave them on hold for 20 minutes and then hang up without saying anything (especially the girl receptionist in service department, you shouldn't work there). It baffles me that such a great automobile company would allow the hire of monkeys for staff members.
