The service department at Ball Kia, especially Gary Palmer, was extremely helpful in not only diagnosing but repairing the issues that appeared in my Optima. They even took time out of their busy schedules to make sure that the repair was covered under warranty and took car of the loaner rental car to make the transition painless and easy.

My husband bought a 2012 Toyota Corolla that was priced at 10K but was charged 12.5K. The car had no horn, dents and scratches and within the first two months he needed an oil change. The horn wasn't fixed until 4 months after having the car and they tried to get him to pay out of pocket to fix it. Now we are here 6 months later and the alternator gave out completely. Now we have to spend even more money on it. He got cheated out of his money and I dont recommend anyone buy anything from here. Its a scam!
