I had a appointment for a oil change on my 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia for two weeks and when I arrived they had no oil for my Giulia and no idea which oil the Giulia actually required and had to go and buy it! When I asked the service tech why they didn't have it he told me " the service department doesn't communicate with the parts department ". The oil change took them almost 3 hours to complete and to top it off they washed my Giulia with hard water and it was covered in hard water spots 😡😡😡😡 These guys have no clue on how to treat or service high end cars... STEER CLEAR!

Their online scheduling system has next to no availability, but when you call or go in store the options tend to open up. I was able to schedule an appointment for 11am but they told me due to lunch they couldn't look at my car until after 1pm. I waited 5 hours for my car to simply be looked at and assessed, and was told that I would be waiting a while and I should "go somewhere". I don't know where I'm supposed to go without a car, so I waited. They told me they would have to special order parts, and that they would call when they are in. 8 days later and no phone call, I called them and they took 20 minutes of arguing over what my name was and whether or not I was even at the right store they had to call me back to let me know that the parts were indeed in. I tried calling to schedule an appointment and they had only 11am appointments for the next two weeks and the receptionist was very rude. I work all day, so I don't have time to spend another five hours for my car to be repaired. They consistently spelled my name incorrectly in their systems and so calling to confirm anything is incredibly difficult because they search for my name incorrectly spelled and incorrectly entered multiple times. I will be going to another dealership.

I bought my very first car with them and I had a very good experience. They gave me a fair price and the service was friendly. A few days later, the brakes started squeaking. I took it back to them and they fixed it quickly at no charge, because it was covered under warranty.

What a joke. The wife bought a 500 sport with cash and a few months later check engine light and esc light go off. So we drive down and are told by Felipe that they "can't do anything without an appointment" Gee thanks So we drive home, go online, ask for an appointment the next day and are told mossy would get back to us with the time. And sure enough we NEVER got a phone call or email to schedule an appointment. So don't expect them to help you if your car starts throwing up codes a few months after purchase and don't expect them to be able to do something as simple as schedule an appointment. I will absolutely not recommend them to anyone.
