Ignorant and rude employees. When I took my car to check the front brakes due to noise they make, the service advisor told me the brakes were fine and nothing wrong with them. I told him it was my car and I know my car better because I am the one who drive it. After two months, I took my car again for maintenance service and they told me that the front brakes need to be replaced. What kind of trash employees are being employed here? They need to hire professional and knowledgeable employees who understand customers and their vehicles. Bad management!

My experience at Frank Toyota was quick, seamless, and easy. What more could I ask for? Rashad took care of everything and was helpful in his knowledge and professionalism. And they had free hot cocoa while you wait? You say hot cocoa is for children and you want something more sophisticated? They offer free French vanilla mochas too. I was like a sickly child being swaddled back to health. Jokes aside, everyone at Frank Toyota and rashad specifically was polite, helpful, and did a great job on my car and making me feel comfortable.

My family and I have bought our cars here for more than 30 years and have always enjoyed superior customer service here. Najib has done a great job in making recommendations for us and the staff and service are great too. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for vehicles.

Waiting room is very comfortable with free drinks and popcorn. Very good service. Bathroom is very clean

Our Frank Toyota experience cannot be rated high enough! Gary and Marco Fenelli have proved, yet again, that a business can be run with integrity and ethical value. We are not in favor of high pressure situations and were very prepared (and nervous) to face those maneuvers while buying a new vehicle. At Frank we didn’t have to be. Garrett Mercer and Robert Martin were an awesome first impression of how things were going to go. They took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. They were informative and helpful which put us at ease and made us feel like we could actually trust them and we bought a 2018 4Runner because it was the best fit for our family. And then, Craig Silverstein swooped down (mask, cape and all) to help us finance though our own credit union!!! Talk about convenience... The entire series was professional, knowledgeable and totally accommodating! We are super impressed by their top-quality service and we highly recommend Frank Toyota and their team for a flawless buying experience.
