After reading terrible reviews I was hesitant  on taking it here initially,   but I did anyway and couldn't be more satisfied. I highly recommend  the service advisor Jaime. He's Very knowledgeable, I ask for him every time now. While the other staff seems very courteous, Jaime takes the time to explain everything, very professional, no pressure on repairs or other maintenance but does inform you. Greeted promptly, thanked me for coming in. Made me feel appreciated when I'm the one who went in for service . Overall great staff and a very pleasant experience. Don't completely judge by all the reviews, I feel for the people who have had negative experiences here but ask for Jaime and I know you'll be taken care of. Take the leap and judge for yourself,  and you won't be disappointed.

JR (Rogelio) helped me out tremendously! Helped me out on fast service, a break on pricing to get new keys and lock assembly and gave me a loaner vehicle to get to and from while they kept my car overnight. Thanks to everyone at Mossy Nissan for helping me out!

 The service department people are great they let me stay in the shade there they gave me cold water.

I went to the service center and they left me sitting there for 5 minutes and no one came out to help.  I was looked at and ignored.  I finally had to go inside and ask for help

I already bought at least 3 vehicles from this dealer and service was great, and they were able to find me good financing deals fit to my budget.  When shopping for cars, look for Arman Rasing, and tell him Gerald sent you to get a VIP treatment.  Maintenance service is also good, they have free coffee and donuts while you wait.  I always avail of their free car wash on my every visit.  Well recommended.
