Ford service has been the standard I use for a comparing other locations. Charles has been my contact at the service location I use. He is professional and pleasant to deal with. The service department (the back room half of the service unit) has always done a excellent job of working on my 2009 & Kathleen's 2014 Escape. We will continue to use Gordie Boucher for our service needs.

The service? Amazing. The waiting room? Good enough for a mobile office. I've been coming here for years for my cars and their maintenance. Why? The people are so friendly and, most importantly, trustworthy. The only thing missing today is my favorite service writer, Charles. Hope he's enjoying his vacation.

My wife and I just bought a certified used Fusion through Joe Jubran. Joe got us the car we wanted at a great price. They treated us very well at Menomonee Falls! I will be referring my friends and family to purchase cars from Joe. Great experience and highly recommend!

This was our first time at this dealership and we are happy to say we were treated like we were buying from extended family. Everyone was very helpful, especially our sales rep Terry Ilion, who also allowed us to take our time with our decision. They were able to source the Expedition I wanted from another dealership at the price we desired and even went the extra mile of proactively entertaining our 7-month old during the visits we made. We will definitely be buying from Gordie Boucher Ford of MF and Terry again!

I had a wonderful experience with Boucher Ford! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff that was great to work with throughout my buying process. I had shopped around to many other Ford dealers in the area and Dave and the rest of the staff at Boucher really stood out! Very pleased with my purchase and looking forward to doing business with them again in the future!
