Grapevine ford has set a new definition to the term, "Corruption, this dealership is very corrupt. After reading all of the other bad reviews grapevine ford has recieved, i have been inspired to share my rough time with this dealership. I have a Ford F-150, and I brought my truck in regularly for maintenance, as well as a Ford Escape. Over 3 years of regular maintenance, they seemed to provide horrible service. In fact, the prices insanely outrageous, and different than what i was told before maintenance every single time! The last time i brought in my truck was the reason i have rim damage, a broken windshield and other problems. I was scheduled for a 90,000 mile tune up which ended up costing over $1000 despite what they had said like usual so I was prepared, I just assumed the usual routine with them. I came into pick up my trucj after an extremely long wait, and the truck was more dirty than i brought it in, despite my request for a car was, it was horrendous. The windows were severely damaged, as well as my rims! It looked like they drove it recklessly on a joy ride because my gas had been low and the truck had a ton of scratches on both sides along the doors, I thought they might have got sandwiched between teo cars and scratched it up including the rims... They gave me a real hard time when i called them out and said its up to the rim manufacturer if they can fix it?! They were extremely rude and condescending, claiming that i brought it in all damaged, i apmost forgot to mention that my gas cap had been conpletely removed along with a nasty dent on right next to the where my gas cap was originally... so i had to pay over $200 to get that fixed even though it was perfectly fine when i brought it in!!! It felt like a dream or a prank when i showed up and saw my truck in such a delicate state! The worst decision i ever made was going to this dealership! Please dont make the same mistake i did! This dealership needs to be shut down for such corruption!!

I have an appointment at 11am and I am still waiting at 12:45 for my vehicle to be completed for an OIL CHANGE!  Really..?!!!!
