In May 2004, Sewell opened its state-of-the-art Cadillac dealership in Grapevine. While the dealership may be relatively new to the area, the Sewell name is anything but. The Sewell family originally settled in Grapevine around 1868. We are a Cadillac Master Dealer and have been the fastest-growing Cadillac dealership in the United States since opening.

(This Rating is for the Service Department on my recent experience only) All other experiences have been great! This is not to bash them however, Id like to give some constructive feedback. Please see below. I recently put aftermarket wheels on my new vehicle. I was instructed to get a wheel alignment at the dealership. Prior to making the appointment my vehicle drove perfect! On Saturday Aug 12 I took my vehicle in to have the four wheel alignment done. Lee was my service advisor. I Dropped my car off and everything was normal. Once my vehicle was complete I took my wife and kids on a quick road trip about an hour outside of town. While driving I immediately noticed that there was a distinct, consistent left pull while I was driving. I then quickly called the service department and told them what I was experiencing and they told me "no problem Mr.*****, please bring you car back in and we will take a look at it." (Fast forward to today Aug 15) I made arrangements to leave work and drop my car off during my lunch break. When I arrived I was told by (Lee)the service advisor "there is nothing I can do for you. You put after market wheels on it and I told my guy to set it to factory specs. So even if it pulls to the left we set it to specs. Sorry." Ok fair enough. I buy that. My issue is this information should have been communicated before you did the alignment. For Example: Something like "Mr.***** since you have after market wheels on your vehicle, we will set it to factory specs so if its not 100% that is the reason. We will do the best we can." This would give me the option as the paying consumer to either move forward or not. If I had had this information in the beginning then I would have saved my valuable time. Now my vehicle which drove perfectly before has an annoying pull. I'm not upset, Ill have to get it corrected elsewhere. Sewell is awesome!! I just had a not so great experience this time. I think the lesson here is communication is everything.

They have comfy rooms while you wait. There were hot and cold drinks available. The restrooms were very clean. This is an experience when visiting. First class.

I bought my Cadi 2 months ago with Gabe, he was great, went above and beyond with getting me exactly what I wanted! I've taken it in twice for a few different reasons and the service department delivered what they promised and had me in and out, with little wait time. Sewell is the reason I chose Cadiallac, great customer service! :)

While Sewell dealerships are known for their great service, my service advisor Marissa consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty to provide exceptional service. Add in Sewell's already good service to Marissa's exceptional service and a great experience was had by all.

My husband visited this location to obtain an estimate for damages incurred from vandalism that occurred yesterday 10/11/2017. The thief stole our third row seating, and removed the black seal that secures the glass when it is closed. Needless, to say during his visit there was a female service manager/employee that failed to direct him to the appropriate area. During our conversation, he stated that Sewell's employee refused to provide service even after he contacted USAA so they could speak with her. My husband also stated that when he handed the phone to this young lady, she was rude to the USAA insurance representative because she stated "they were not going to conduct an inspection without money." Okay, that was understood, however comma...this person's behavior created a climate that resonated with a racial undertone. My husband felt belittled, and unwelcomed.
