Easy in and out here. Had an appointment with Michael Massey to possibly get a fusion. Came in with an idea of what I wanted. He took care of me the whole way purchasing the car. He never tried to make me get something different and explained everything to me in an easy way to understand. Hats out to Mike Massey for making it quick and painless and also to Jake in the business office for making that quick and simple and explaining everything in detail. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

We just bought an F 150 at Grapevine Ford over the weekend.  Our sales person, Blane Castorena,  was absolutely fantastic!  He knew everything about the truck both inside and out and there was absolutely no pressure at all. He was very professional at all times during the sale. We have owned 5 Lexus's in the past and were used to great service and he exceeded the personal service that Lexus gives.  I would recommend Blane to anyone that is looking for a truck.  He is 5 Star Professional!!!

I have experienced nothing short of excellent customer service by the employees at Grapevine Ford. I was looking into getting into a new vehicle as my car was on its last leg and was guided by the most helpful staff. The car buying experience can be such a hassle but these guys made it so easy and such a breeze for me. I was treated as if I were a VIP client. I will refer my friends and family to this dealership specifically for the kind and helpful employees and I WILL be coming back. Thank you Grapevine Ford!

Blane Castorena helped me pick out a just the truck I wanted and I have to say that the customer service was top notch. I came into the dealership several times and drove several trucks and he was there every step of the way. If you want an f150 he his the guy too talk to, he knows them inside and out. This dealership has very transparent pricing and very deep inventory. Both of these aspects made the buying process very easy.  When it come down to paying for the truck, Nick Power in Finance got me in and out in 5 minutes which I really appreciated. I definitely recommend this dealership.

Went at lunch one day to look at new trucks and met with Matthew Bracken. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. It was the end of the month and they were very busy, but he took the time and patience to get my deal where it needed to be. He even kept the kids entertained for a short time while we waited on finance to get papers drawn up. He truly is a Rockstar there and we can't wait to buy another one from him in the future! 
By the way, the new truck is awesome, we love it!
